It is well equipped Loads of books and dvds if staying in. We had a fair amount of wet weather unfortunately but was ok. We loved visiting Pescia, Lucca and Montecatino whilst we were there, all in easy driving distance. "La maison est très bien placée pour visiter Florence, Pise, Sienne, Lucca, Prato. La ville de Pistoia est superbe. La maison avec ses deux logements séparés est idéal pour une grande famille. "Barbara and her family could not be any kinder or more hospitable. They have created a beautiful, cozy, and comfortable space for guests to enjoy peace and tranquility outside of the city. The apartment is well-equipped for long stays and also has lovely outdoor spaces to relax. We feel very fortunate to have met such a wonderful host (who even rescued us when we go a flat tire). "This place is amazing. Second time back here and just as good as the first time around - no better place in the Bologna area for a relax - and the bioorganic pond is a dream. The wine is also divine and well priced. The only thing they could improve on is ensuring there is always a table at the restaurant for any guests as if the guests don’t actively book a table, then it’s unlikely you’ll get a table on walking in at this popular spot - very busy!"

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."
