"This was our first time to Orvieto. This property is at the top of a small mountain facing the village. Wonderful view, especially in the morning with the sun at low angle. "We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. "My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Spade room and it was so cute. We loved the decorations and the look of the room. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling face when we arrived and immediately led to our room. The view on the property is gorgeous, and we loved the friendly cats that hang around outside! "What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold.
