"Een prima woning in het mooie Emilia-Romagna. Een perfecte uitgangspositie om naar Bologna, Modena of het nabijgelegen natuurgebied te gaan. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, met het OV raad ik het af. De woning is goed uitgerust en erg netjes. Bed slaapt prima en de keuken biedt precies wat je nodig hebt. Wel een nadeel: de omgeving. Helaas voor de verhuurder kan hij hier niets aan doen. De hond van de overburen blaft iedere nacht meerdere keren langdurig. Daarnaast begon een -zo lijkt het- dronken...

"This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. Ruth and her family were so welcoming and were very helpful and easy to deal with. They left us to it but were on hand if we needed anything"

"Rustic, clean, comfortable and very charming farmhouse with breathtaking views. We woke up to birds singing and the smell of honeysuckle. Ate breakfast in the beautiful private garden with hummingbirds and small lizards visiting. Hosts were accessible and very helpful. Everything is as pictured and worked well. 15 min from grocery store and 10 min from beach. Highly recommend!!!!!!"

"Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, idyllischen Lage oberhalb von Sasso Marconi. Im Dorf selber gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants. Die Landschaft, die Aussicht und der riesen große Garten sind ein Traum. Der Pool ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der liebe Hausmeister kommt jeden Tag und sorgt für Sauberkeit und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pizzaofen und der Außengrill sind genial um den schönen Garten und die Terrasse mit leckerem Essen und einem Glas Wein zu...

"What a great spot! It was great to have lots of space for our family ( parents teens 15 and 18). It was under 20 minutes to walk to the Piazza Maggiorre, but nicely quiet at our end of San Felice. Be aware that the nearest parking is not open on weekends, but there are many options. Francesca was lovely and helpful. "
