"Didn’t find it easily as the entrance wasn’t clear but the hosts were absolutely lovely. They gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat and drink, and were helpful when there was a power cut during the night. The room was great with a large comfy bed but visiting the toilet in the night was a little awkward as our private bathroom was across a hallway…having said that we would definitely return and recommend. "

"This is a beautiful hotel just a short walking distance to central Verona. Our room felt newly renovated. It was bright and tastefully done. On our 2 week trip, we had been staying mostly in apartment rentals. This was a welcome break. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"I spent 3 nights in the Surf Room & I cannot recommend it highly enough. This guesthouse is a haven especially after sightseeing all day. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet & nicely decorated. Windows open to the garden courtyard so it was quiet & nice view. Kettle, fridge & TV is always great when travelling solo. "Our stay at Dolce Notte was excellent! Viviana was so responsive to any questions we had, and prepared a lovely breakfast spread with a delicious cappuccino! The surrounding area was very quiet so we slept very well. We will choose Dolce Notte again if we visit Verona in the future! "

"The check in staff was nice and friendly. The antico residence hotel is under ABC hotel so go to ABC hotel instead. The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise. The room is basic, okay clean and okay comfortable but the dark red bed cover don’t look appealing. The shower drain is not just slow running, it’s totally clogged. I only need to count one to five seconds the water...

"The host Milena is very kind, friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and parking. It is also easy to access the city centre by bus as there are bus stops nearby. A lot of options for breakfast in the morning. The room is not the biggest in the world but it is very clean and has all the amenities needed. Would recommend."

"Pictures are not accurate. The check-in is in hotel around the corner. There is no river view. One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset. "

"Once you figure out the parking it’s very nice. You have to park on the street across from the train tracks or at the square where the Hotel Mantova is. Then you cross under the tracks at the tunnel. Villa is 180 degree turn once you come up stairs. There is a security gate that you will need to ring the bell. After that a key will open. Room fine. "Location location for Verona! Walk to just about everything and the hotel is down a little alley so there is little noise. Staff are extremely friendly and rooms clean. We didn’t take the breakfast option and there is lots to choose from close by. I’d stay here again in a second. "

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."

Perfect Location to visit Verona

"We chose the hotel because of it's location, 15 minute walk to the train station and bus connecting to the airport. Bus to airport is around 8 euros. Perfectly located to get to the center of the city, too, if you are OK with walking, we didn't take public transportation or taxes, and went all the way to the Castel San Pietro, on top of the hill with the viewpoint. Everything in the hotel was clean and modern, they have bikes that you can borrow for free to get to the center, if you prefer that"
