There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes."

"The location of this property is ideal and the views down to the canals are unbeatable. The rooftop dining table was an added bonus . The apartment is very quiet and was very clean. Like most of Venice you have to go up two flights of stairs. tootstairs"

"Great location and easy access. The apartment right in the middle of center of Venice with easy access to all sightseeing. There is pier in 3 mins from the place, if you arrive by water taxi. We also liked restarants and shopping around the apartment. "
