"For £200 a night we expected everything to work. For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location. Superb Hotel

"When I arrived at the hotel I was very surprised at the high standard of the hotel. I was allowed to check in a bit earlier which was very helpful. My rooms was furnished to a very high standard with a coffee machine and kettle. The reception staff were very helpful and informative. If I visit this area again in the future, I would use this hotel again. "
