"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

The only drawback was that it wasn't centrally located near the train station, thus, cabs were necessary to get to and from. Also, the host who came to meet us did not speak English. We did run out of toilet paper and the host told us we needed to buy more that they only provide us with 9 rolls. That was a problem for us bc we were not familiar with the area. "Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

"This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay."

"Absolutely fantastic apartment with amazing artwork throughout. Hosts are fantastic people, we felt like we were family visiting them! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet and lots of room. Great restaurant across the street and others within easy walking distance. MiCo is an easy walk. Hosts were responsive, very patient with us as we kept getting delayed while trying to get there, but they took all the stress away! Arranged a driver for us back to airport which helped alot....
