"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"This home is so quaint with well-appointed design choices. The screened in porch is great, and we enjoyed the open concept of the living and kitchen area. We were in Sanford for a wedding, and this fit the needs of 5 adults. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The owner has excellent communication and response time. Thank you!"

"We were fortunate enough to find this spacious and clean home about 1 mile from our family so that we could visit for the holidays while also having our own space. The kitchen was large and updated (although we did have to purchase some additional spices/cooking utensils, etc. that were specific to what we needed). The backyard was terrific for our fury friend to get energy out. Towels & linens were fully stocked. We did run out of trash bags and toilet paper, but these were easily purchased at...

"The house was super clean and had a great layout. Driveway was perfect for parking the trailer and had the perfect spot to park bikes out of weather. The back enclosed porch was perfect to relax. Honestly the owner thought of everything someone would need during their stay."
