"Everything was great, spacious clean condo. We only stayed one night on the way to the airport. The only complains are that there was no coffee or tea. There was a coffee machine, but the only thing we found was Folgers instant coffee that we decided to avoid."

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"pictures on-line don't do it justice. it's larger than it appears on-line and renovated. yes, it has a nice washer/dryer but may want to change the opening picture on the ad. Host was EXCELLENT to work with. Neighborhood seemed safe. FHP next door! Just two negatives, need more drinking glasses and a few more bath towels. We did not report to HOST to resolve because neither a big deal for us. Backyard and front porch were nice to hang out. Very clean. Will stay again for sure."

"When we arrived, we were thrilled to find a very clean, well- stocked, and organized property. It was simply but beautifully decorated, and had a booklet clearly explaining expectations (very few) , along with facts about the area, things to see, places to eat, and instructions for checking out. It’s located on a beautiful lake, with a patio that overlooks the lake. The street in front is very busy but doesn’t distract from the comfort of our visit. "We booked this home four our very small, private wedding reception and it was just perfect. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The dining table sat 10 people which was a deciding factor for me when booking. We needed enough seats for our guests to enjoy a lunch after our elopement style wedding. My only regret is we were so busy with the wedding we did not get much time to enjoy the hot tub which overlooked the lake. "

"My husband and I wanted to get away for a golf trip. Immediately when we walked in, it felt comfortable and thoughtful. I've stayed at places before that just felt like the bare minimum, here, it was all the little thoughtful touches to make you as comfortable as possible. We normally go out to eat a lot when we travel, but the kitchen was so great, we ate in almost every night."

"We were a group of 4 rowers up from Miami. This was a modest but well-equipped cottage. Host was great, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is nice, with most things you would need including utensils, spices, sugar and the like. Bedrooms are small, with 2 having bunk beds and sharing a bath. Baths were remodeled but when 4 sweaty athletes come back and need to shower at once before dinner, hot water ran out. It was good for our purpose, as we basically just slept there but otherwise spent...

"Stayed Saturday, left Tuesday. The house was perfect, the backyard was amazing and of course wasn't that far from Blue Springs State Park, got to see the manatees. The host is sweet and very helpful. It was just a beautiful peaceful get away."

"Property has changed hands recently. Apple Maps still has old name with B&B, but there is no food available. Owner not on property, which is in need of updating (and there was a sign in the bathroom promising that). Cabins were roomy and filled with character. All communication was via phone messaging. Other folks reported that a young man living on the premises promptly repaired a problem. "
