"We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). "What a beautiful home provided by Francesca, very clean, awesome view, and, Francesca and her home brought us fresh fruits, vegetables from their garden….The only thing I would encourage is to let people know that there is no parking on the premises( unless you have a tiny car or scooter), because you have to walk up a steep grade to get in…Other than a miscommunication( we were all very tired), the night of our check-in, it was a phenomenal location and Francesca was very hospitable "

The villa is situated in the heart of Sorrento providing easy access to all activities (e.g., shopping, dining, recreation, sight seeing) without the need of a vehicle. The villa is lovely and extremely well appointed. Moreover, Anastasia is a wonderful host, so welcoming and helpful. If you are planning to stay in Sorrento, this villa should be your first choice."

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Parken vor dem Haus ist unmöglich, auch nicht zum Ausladen. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind knapp, daher haben wir das Auto für 20 €/Tag in eine Tiefgarage gestellt. Das Haus ist nur zu Fuß entlang einer dicht befahrenen Straße ohne Gehweg erreichbar. Mit Kinderwagen nicht zu empfehlen. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 min zu erreichen; mit dem Zug sind viele Ziele erreichbar. Das Haus liegt ziemlich zentral in Vico Equense."

"Our large group utilized the entire villa. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the rooftop terrace. The villa is in a quiet area. A little walk down the street for waterside restaurants or pastries and coffee in the morning. And the walk up the street, it is easier than it looks, to the Seiano station makes it easy to get to Sorrento. We enjoyed our stay and Fabio was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with insights about the neighborhood."

The two bedrooms upstairs are great but the first floor bedroom and bathroom leave to be desired. The shower is moldy and rusted and the bedroom looks like a prison cell and does not match the rest of the house. Also we travelled in October and the house was very cold; no heat on main floor. Location was perfect, easy to get to Sorrento , Positano..."
