" We had an amazing stay at this house close to the beach! It was beautifully decorated. The cleanliness of the home was impressive, and we truly appreciated the stunning swimming pool, it was a great spot to relax. The kitchen was a dream, equipped with every gadget you could possibly need, the cabinets were clearly marked for easy access. "This property did not disappoint. The unit we stayed in was so clean with high end furnishings, and everything we needed. The view of the bay , right outside our window, was astonishing. Saw a few other occupants and all were friendly. Very quiet and everyone followed the rules. My only suggestion for improvement would be to repair the dock and refurbish the beach with sand. I hope to return someday. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. Convenient location with just a short walk to the beach, had umbrella, beach chairs and shark tooth sifters. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space for 6 of us. Was really easy to get in touch with property owner for a few bumps we hit early on in trip that were immediately taken care of. Our recommendation would be to get updated kitchen pots and pans and would suggest a pool handlebar to get in and out of pool more easily as it was difficult for my mom...

"Individual Villas (basically) on the beach was a fantastic vacation. The staff and security were extremely friendly. I had heard about the famous Siesta Key beaches, and they lived up to their reputation. Amazing. Plenty of space and plenty of beach lounge chairs. You don’t have to get on the beach early to save a spot. Will be returning. "

"The property was perfect for our needs. I travelled with my 2 sons on a very last minute trip. The property was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the events that were planned. The property manager answered quickly with questions. It was very well maintained, up-to-date, and easy to find. Beaches were within a 10 minute drive, a park on the water is within an easy walking distance. It fit all of our needs."

"The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed...

"All was great. Only want to point out that the door leading into bathroom was stuck and appears to be water damaged or rotted in the bottom. Also could not turn on the main light by living room/kitchen area. Not complaining, just thought you should know. "

"This place is in a nice neighborhood, but the unit itself isn't terribly scenic. Doesn't matter because inside is nice and it's close to shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach and the most beautifulsu sets. Has covered parking which is nice shade for hot summers."

"A friend and I stayed here with our three teenage boys who were playing in a golf tournament. There was plenty room for all of us. It was very clean and an excellent location for exploring nearby or going to dinner. Thank you for having us. "
