"A mixed experience at the villas. The villas sit within the boutique hotel grounds which is partnered with the main hotel. You can use all of the facilities for both with a small gym at the boutique and pools at both. "Great hospitality…Luisa is an attentive hostess and makes you feel comfortable, and makes it clear that whatever you need to make your stay enjoyable to just ask. Everything about this stay was outstanding. Bed was very comfortable and place is very quiet. "There was no one working at the hotel. Doors were locked and you had to have a cold to get in. Neither Expedia or the hotel gave me a cold. I did not stay because I couldn’t get in and had to go to another hotel. I will be filing a claim to be reimbursed, absolutely terrible experience, considering being in a foreign country where I did not speak the language plus I have poor visibility/poor vision. "

"Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "
