"We enjoyed five days of quality family time at this chalet. There was ample room to spread out and have privacy, while sharing common gathering places. The home was well-stocked and ready to welcome us. When we had a glitch with technology the owner was very helpful and prompt to problem-solve. Thanks all!"

"Nice condo, great location. The house is well supplied with amenities. It is close to the pool. The fireplace was a bit tricky to operate. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. We lucked out with a beautiful snowfall while we were there."

"Easy walking access to all of Government Camp (trails, Skibowl, commercial). Clean and cozy for 3 couples and 3 children. Quick access to large outdoor hot tub and pool. Heated garage takes 2 cars (tight). Easy check in and out. Friendly. "

"Staying with two kids under 5, this was an excellent base camp right on the mountain. The house was well equipped and the boot drier and sleds in the garage were a huge plus! Our location was right across the street from a great sledding hill for this age. The only negative I could think of was the cleanliness of some of the dishes. They needed to be washed again before use, but certainly didnt take away from the trip. Would definitely recommend!"

"It is a beautiful property and the units are spacious and well equipped. My only complaint is that the swimming pool hot tub and sauna clothes at 7:00 p.m. which is excessively early. They made my" late "check-in very easy because the office closes at 7:00 p.m. as well and we didn't get here until a little after 7:00. However, they had a lock box that they gave me a code for with my card key and information about the resort"

"We really enjoyed our time at the hide and seek cabin! Perfectly set up space, easy to follow instructions for using the appliances and sauna, and overall a very charming vibe. "

"Have stayed here several times and always enjoy the location. The staff is great.. We accidentally left my wifes wallet in the room and they promptly called us to let us know and had it locked up safely. All contents and cash in the wallet. Very honest and professional staff!"

"We love Westcliff Lodge and try to stay there whenever we are in town and if a room is available. The site and landscaping are beautiful and well tended. This is wine country and they provide a corkscrew and wine glasses in the room. The only thing we find confusing is how to follow the arrows on the pavement when driving up to the office from behind that building. Seems like the only way to do it properly is to completely exit and reenter the property?"

Front Desk was special...

"Room was great, check in went great but the clerk was terrible when checking out, she would not get my receipt and helped 2 customers that entered after me before finally printing a receipt for me. Not sure if she was told to help minorities ahead of everyone else but printing a receipt is a quick way task, yet I was told to wait. This is unacceptable. "
