"The hotel is in a very good place in the middle of the nature but the price is a bit expensive for the type of food being served. The rooms not very clean. Air con didn't work and the shower was hard to use for old people. No handle available. "

"Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE. "

"Fabulous Parador in the mountains. Upgrade to a Mountain View room if you can. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent restaurant serving the best octopus I’ve ever had. Rooms aren’t huge but are well equipped.Parador easy to find and roads are good. Can’t wait to come back!"

We know this hotel well and they know us.Wonderful situation next to the main north-south motorway in Hervas.The staff are fantastic and will do anything to help their guests. The food is excellent and great value. The company is constantly upgrading and it is no wonder that Roma is so popular Brian and Sally Smith"

A few minor niggles, sensors and timers not working well in car park/by lifts, and a few bits missing in room (soap, spoons, glasses). But overall very good value for the quality of well kitted and immaculately clean accommodation."
