"First of all the building IS a palace. Very beautiful and well decorated. The staff was superb - really went out of their way to help, accommodate, and guide us. "

Congenial service in the restaurant, somewhat cool at the reception. Overall we were pleased, but it was not up to the level of other paradors where we have stayed."
