" Simoni was the perfect host. Authentic, warm and welcoming. He was very attentive and truly wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He made a wonderful Tuscan breakfast with fresh pastries he had picked up on the way over in the morning. Parking and Netflix were added bonuses.
