The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem...

Included breakfast was in another building, which was 10 min away, but was not mentioned in the booking. But, people are very kind and will accommodate and help as much they can. They can communicate over whatsapp, so you don't need phone number and just data with esim is fine. Vodaphone esim worked great for us. 2GB was enough for 7...

"This was an absolutely beautiful place that had tons of room for our family of four. We had the top floor with a great view of the Duomo. It was an excellent location and easily walkable to everything. The only downside is that we could hear a lot of street noise at night, but it didn't bother our kids, and we got used to it. "Check in process was quick. Good value for money as place is very clean and close to transportation. Missed the fine print statement that bathroom was shared which was a dissapointment, nonethless it was cleaned daily and kept neat.
