"Very nice lady operating it, and place is cool, but unfortunately whole experience was destroyed by nobody on site at arrival, could not reach through phone written next to door for 15 minutes, the phone number in confirmation email was wrong, someone else answered. One I reached someone they said “one minute” but still took 15 to arrive. I got late for a dinner reservation due to this. "We spent two nights in this hotel in early November. Rooms were spacious but very cold! Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! After waking up freezing in the middle of the first night, and having an 1-year old baby that we didn't want to get sick, we kindly asked the owner to keep the heating on throughout the second night, even if that meant less heating hours during the...
