"Bei der kurzfristigen Buchung war nicht klar, dass es sich um eine als Hotel umfunktonierte Etage handelt und nicht sofort als Hotel erkennbar war. Es war unser erster digitaler Check-in, daher etwas schwierig, aver ie Telefonischee KOmmunikation war sehr perfekt und seh freundlich und es hat alles geklappt.
