"This property is definitely high-class and impressive. The rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable, the decor is wonderful beach style, the breakfast spread was incredible - but most of all - WHAT INCREDIBLE VIEWS! The seaview is highly recommended and worth the extra cost. The staff is super helpful and the parking is convenient. I can't think of one thing to improve the experience. THA NK YOU! "

"Nice hotel, lovely staff on reception. Nowhere is walkable from here, though Erice, Trapani a short drive. Great views in see view rooms. No real bar as such just a few hard seats in the restaurant no comfy seats."

"This hotel has been renamed The New Hotel Palace. It was grand, beautiful pool area, ornate lobby and sitting areas albeit somewhat dated. The staff was lovely. It was very quiet, guessing that it was off season. The breakfast was not enticing, a bit disappointing. The same foods were out for 2 mornings so there was nothing that was fresh except maybe the loaf of bread to toast. "

"Great location- great service - team at the reception particularly helpful, very professional however restaurant team could get a bit more customer service training. A pity the hotel charges extra for sun beds and parking."

"What i liked the most was the peaceful atmosphere with all the commodities at hand,the service was impeccable. I rate this place can be for singles and whole family members as well, its that spacious.10 min from a beach that serves outstanding food of quite variety.
