"Eine Unterkunft, die noch sehr gut in Schuss ist! Es war sauber in den Zimmern, jedoch wurde der bereits zu Beginn dagewesene Vogelkot vor den Zimmern, während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts, nicht entfernt. Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht. Wir waren die einzigen ausländischen Gäste zu der Zeit und man hat gemerkt, wie sehr sie in Kontakt mit den Inländischen Gästen treten und zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten beraten. "This is a great place for a couple of relaxing days just north of Marsala and very close to the salt flats and the Isole dello Stagnone di Marsala. The room was large with an attached salon and an almost "roman" bathroom. Lovely! The villa has a large garden, and breakfast is served under a pergola of a separate structure. Breakfast items are varied and plentiful. I really liked the place and the proprietors were very pleasant. Should I be back in the area, I'd stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was a mix up that they never received our reservation from Hotels.com. The staff was very accommodating & apologetic while we got everything sorted out. This place is right near Segesta and has beautiful views. We would definitely recommend it. Our only complaint was that the location is listed as pet friendly. We brought our dog with us. Unfortunately, they have personal pets on site and one of their German Shepherd's became very aggressive with our...

"Beautiful property with very friendly support staff. I needed to follow the directions and park below the hotel but instead followed the gps and wedged the rental literally between the rock and the hard place. Service bailed me out of the scrape! Walking around town was great. Also having the speciality past from Maria , the Genovese, was a special treat. Sam L"

Clean and comfortable with a delightful host.

"We enjoyed the full use of the apartment with onsite parking. Once you get the hang of driving in small Sicilian towns, it becomes east to get around. Balestrate has a beautiful beachfront and many lovely restaurants. Our hostess was helpful and friendly. Mille grazie, Rosalia!"

"This property is definitely high-class and impressive. The rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable, the decor is wonderful beach style, the breakfast spread was incredible - but most of all - WHAT INCREDIBLE VIEWS! The seaview is highly recommended and worth the extra cost. The staff is super helpful and the parking is convenient. I can't think of one thing to improve the experience. THA NK YOU! "
