"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at three bear lodge! The location is very convenient to hiking trails in Pickett state park and a short drive to Jamestown for restaurant options. The room was spacious and comfortable with microwave and fridge provided and smart TV. I also liked the self check in process. "Absolutely amazing property! I loved it and can’t wait to come back and bring my husband with me. The downstairs bar/lounge area was so cozy with the fireplace and Christmas decorations.. the tomato bisque and grilled cheese was perfect. My only complaint would be that my room was a bit chilly at night & I couldn’t seem to get it warm. If I were staying more than one night, I would have asked about it. The staff was so friendly and helpful- I really enjoyed my very brief stay there."

"We traveled with a group that had a house down the street, we were only 3 miles apart but we felt like we were in our own world. This house is very nice and the property is beautiful! If you want to get away from everything this is your place. There is plenty of hiking nearby, but nothing fast paced, this was the slow down we needed. The majority of the 3 miles separating us from our group was rock road so be prepared to get your car washed when you leave. I highly recommend this house...

"Really really nice property. Only issue we had was the next guest renting the property showed up around 9:30 while we were cleaning up and our check out time was 10. It was a bit weird and inconvenient but apparently they booked the unit to set up for an event from 10-11. I think that’s a bit close with our time being 10 to check out. Otherwise, the property was beautiful! No issues at all. "

"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage.
