"We came for the bike race in Alto Pass and wanted a place instead of a hotel. I’m glad we found this area! It was close to a lot of places including Carbondale. Host left us goodies which our kids loved! Lots of linens and even had little soaps. Very thoughtful and great stay!!"

"We arrived and the place was clean and decorated nicely. Very charming. We could hear the people in the next apartment so sound was somewhat of an issue. It was a bit chilly in the kitchen due to no mini split being only in the bedrooms. Kitchen was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"We were a little concerned by the outside of the building, but inside was a different story. The place is clean and has reasonable amenities, parking was plentiful, and check-in/out process was easy. We didn’t try to use the elevator but since the rooms are on the 3rd floor, that would have made it easier getting our luggage in. Overall a great stay."

"The rental is cozy and comfortable. The apartment was pristine. There is a steep staircase to the apartment which could be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues. You do hear quite a bit of noise from the downstairs bar. It wasn't much of an issue on Friday night and the bar closes relatively early so we weren't bothered by it on Friday night. "This was a great house for us! We were able to bring our dog, she’s old, the house had only a few steps for her to get in and out. The property was flat with lots of space for her to roam. There’s lots of hiking trails near and the area is beautiful! The house isn’t fancy, but it was very homey and comfort. We really enjoyed our long weekend there!"
