Extensive communal gardens are included. Pool for adults and children. A small cove that is shown in the photo inside the urbanization. Car is needed. Absolute tranquility for children and great security day and night. About 15 kilometers from the natural park of Calblanque and a paradise for golf fans. Two very welcoming cities nearby, Murcia and Cartagena. As well as the Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor. The house has stunning views, two terraces, one with a small porch and the other with views of the Mar Menor. Very cozy house. Mini golf and close to a horse riding.
