"Reviews on this place are rough. I have to believe that it recently changed ownership. You can see that they have been working to improve the hotel. I was in room 28 so I am only speaking to this room. Bedding seemed new. They have added several common accessories that you would see in chain hotels. They still have more work do to but it was fine for the night. Little high priced for what you get but not off by much. Hopefully they will keep up the improvements. "

"The Boathouse was delightful. The property was clean and well situated. It was well appointed and very clean, with everything we needed and nicely decorated.
