"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

We checked out some of the other hotels around and this is definitely the nicest one! The breakfast buffet is the best in town and Chef Josh really took care of us at dinner picking us some specialty Egyptian items. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone"
