"Without question, this was the worst hotel I've stayed in, in years. There was no manager on duty when we arrived (late afternoon - certainly not off-hours), so one of the bartenders had to check us in - and she seemed put out by it. The room had not been cleaned properly; there was a *USED* condom in the bathroom!!!! And, the drain in the *tiny* shower stall didn't work. Again; no manager to be found, so I had to deal with another rude bar server again. They took care of removing the condom...

"The peace & quiet here was amazing! Other guests were respectful & the only noise in the morning was the ducks looking for food. Our lodge was dated but comfortable. There were a few minor issues but nothing that affected our stay. So in summary the accommodation is not luxurious but the location & setting are wonderful if it’s a quiet break you are looking for. "

"Apartment was perfect in every way. Wish we had a longer stay. The property was very walkable to the train station, restaurants, shops and grocery markets. Overlooking the river, we spent as much time as our time allowed on the terrace, soaking up the sun and the beauty of Inverness. Easy access to our Highlands tour meeting spot where we boarded a bus for an all day tour. Our apartment provided us with plenty of space and nice amenities. Property managers were accessible for answering...
