Very clean and well stocked house with an abundance of space and plenty of Roku tv’s! Located near multiple shopping areas and a short drive to UNC for our son’s game. Wld stay here again and highly recommend. "

"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. "If you are traveling with a group, you will not find a better place to stay. Clean, huge, lots of luxuries and amenities. The hosts were accessible and attentive. I got kudos all weekend from my companions for having found this place."
