"The cabin was spotlessly clean and just as advertised. Very secluded and perfect for a relaxing getaway while visiting Hocking Hills. Close to the trails and the attractions. The hot tub and fire pit were great and the kitchen was well equipped. Only complaint was that the mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Mostly very satisfied. Clean house, nice location near Nelsonville, quick response from owner. Only objections are a couple things that were not clear from the description: The home is near a fairly major road, so road noise at night was a minor issue. Also, the fire pit is on the side of a hill, so somewhat difficult to use."

"Even though we did not meet the owners in person but David was quick in responding to our emails with good communications. The house was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed, and right in between Hocking Hills Park and Ohio University in Athens. When David knew of ETA he went to the house turner on the lights and cranked the AC because it was a hot day. Everything was to our satisfaction. We definitely recommend Cheerful 👍"

"It was a perfect weekend to celebrate a birthday. The snow really topped the weekend off. We went to Hocking Hills to hike, stopped and got coffee at the local shop and enjoyed the hot tub."

"Perfect place to stay when visiting Ohio University or Hocking Hills. Open floorplan boasts three large bedrooms. Main bedroom with en suite huge bathroom with access to hot tub. Cornhole and covered porch offers great conversation areas. Will definitely recommend to those heading down to visit kids at OU. 10 minutes from campus."

"Place was beautiful and peaceful, we enjoyed the surrounding woods and seeing deer near by. The only complaint is that there wasnt a very good description of the long hill driveway with gravel, and that’s only because we had motorcycles. But we managed and really enjoyed ourselves, would go back for sure:)"
