"Really cute little boutique hotel in the middle of Athens, very near Ohio University. It was a Friday night and college kids were out having fun, so it was a little noisy late at night. Otherwise, it's a great little property. Only disappointment was in the breakfast but then most hotel breakfasts aren't great."

"I don’t ever write reviews but I feel like I have to for this stay. I have booked plenty of places to stay over the years and this was by far the best and most memorable one. The hosts were top notch and had every possible thing you needed from pots and pans to small things like firewood on the property for purchase. It was a beautiful and extremely clean place.
