"We had 3 couples that rented this vacation home. The condo was laid out perfectly as each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is a fourth room with bunks that we did not use. The condo was well stocked as far as items needed for the kitchen and bathrooms, so no need for multiple trips to the store. We loved the location- we went into different cities every day. Very convenient to Mackinac Island, Petoskey, Charlevoix and of course, we explored Harbor Springs. We had a great time playing...

"We had a great stay at Trout Creek 8! Condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Weather wasn't the greatest so we took full advantage of the indoor pool, hottub and sauna. It was walking distance from condo. Definitely recommend staying here!"

A couple of minor maintenance items that require attention: > Upper deck patio door screen was difficult to open/slide. > Low water pressure at the kitchen sink. > Lower level shower mixing valve does not regulate temperature well. "Every bit as nice as it appears. Photos are accurate. Very clean. Quiet, a perfect getaway. One warning - despite declining Accidental Damage Insurance multiple times during the booking checkout process we were charged $89. We immediately called the rental company and were told it's a mandatory charge (on their part). It's a very nice property - but that unnecessary charge just destroyed a bit of the value. Two 76 year olds reading books sitting by the lake do not need the coverage."
