Location correcte
La location est bien située ,proche d une plage de sable fin. Mer très propre et transparente. Concernant la location,elle est simple,les photos du rez de chaussée ne correspondent pas vraiment aux photos de l annonce. Il y a des changements changements au niveau des meuble mais c est correct. Il manque quand même des ustensiles de cuisine et il faudrait en renouveler. La literie est bonne. Par contre il n y a que la climatisation que dans une chambre et vu la chaleur une deuxième serait indispensable dans l autre chambre qui est plus Petite. Salles d eau correct bien qu il faudrait changer la cuvette de celle d en bas. L agence a très bien répondu à mes demandes et nous a rendu visite des le lendemain. Donc très bon retour de l agence.il suffirait de quelques améliorations pour que ce soit très bien quitte a augmenter un peu le tarif.

Aus unserer Sicht kein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
Lage des Hauses ist ok, das Objekt aber leider insgesamt ziemlich ungepflegt ( unter anderem die Küche, Geschirr, Besteck etc). Die Einrichtung ein Mix von Möbeln, die alle nicht wirklich zusammen passen. In den beiden Schlafzimmern wurde jeweils ein drittes Bettgestell dazugestellt, so dass man sich kaum rühren konnte (Wir hatten das Haus fur 2 Wochen für 2 Personen gebucht, so dass man die zusätzlichen Betten durchaus vor unserer Ankunft hätte wegräumen können). Eines der beiden Badezimmer ist nur von außen zugänglich, an den Kacheln schwarzer Schimmel, die Duschvorhänge in beiden Bädern schmutzig und angegammelt. Auf Nachfrage wurde ein zweiter Liegestuhl für die Terrasse geliefert sowie ein couchähnliches Gestell für das Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt haben wir uns zwar trotz der geschilderten Mängel nicht nur unwohl in diesem Haus gefühlt, würden es aber nicht weiter empfehlen mögen. Die jungen Leute von der Hausverwaltung waren nett, freundlich und bemüht. Wir hätten mit der Verwaltung gerne abschließend über die geschilderten Mängel gesprochen, aber leider haben wir bei unserer Abreise vergeblich auf die jungen Leute gewartet (es gab auf die Initiative von Assunta von Vacanze in Puglia übrigens eine feste Verabredung).

Cortesia e Professionalità ... soddisfattissimi!!
Casa esattamente come vista in foto..praticamente perfetta!! Ci hanno accolto anche prima dell’orario previsto e la Signora Giusy ha terminato le pulizie previste con noi che stavano praticamente scaricando le valigie... permettendoci di non perdere neanche un minuto di mare.. Roberta intanto ... la nostra “personal manager” dell’agenzia ci ha fatto da cicerone raccomandandoci posti e luoghi da visitare.. che dire di più... Soddisfattissimi in tutto!!! Grazie dalla famiglia Bruno!

BELLA VILLETTA A 300M DAL MARE
Abbiamo trovato la villetta corrispondente alle nostre aspettative, le informazioni erano corrette e precise aderenti alla realtà, l'unico neo è stato il divano che non è un divano ma una semplice brandina nel soggiorno.Basterebbe mettere un divano letto più comodo soprattutto per guardare la televisione altrimenti ci si deve sdraiare e per il prezzo della casa onestamente il divano ci vuole in quanto non è particolarmente economica poi per il resto non ho nulla da eccepire, casa molto luminosa e fresca, con la brezza del mare tutto il giorno, veramente a 300m dal mare.

Belles vacances dans les Pouilles
La villa Brigida est une maison agréable avec sa terrasse extérieure. Bien équipée, on y trouve le confort nécessaire à un bon séjour. La literie est en très bon état. Les chambres spacieuses sont dotées de moustiquaires aux fenêtres. La deuxième salle de bains accessible de l'extérieur est pratique au retour de la plage. La cuisine comporte les équipements utiles pour un séjour de vacances. La connexion wi-fi est parfaite. La maison dispose d'une cour fermée ou on peut garer le véhicule. L'accueil par les hôtesses est excellent. Parlant plusieurs langues, elles donnent une liste d'infos et de réductions sur la région.

Soggiorno Villa Brigida Santa Sabina
Casa indipendente, nuova, moderna, pulitissima, piccola ma con arredamento essenziale e molto pratico, dotata di ogni comfort su due livelli con balconi panoramici .Abbiamo comodamente occupato i due piani in sei persone (due adulti e quattro ragazzi)senza alcun problema . Spazio esterno indipendente con recinto e siepe (alta) comodo soprattutto per il parcheggio dell'auto all'interno del cancello. Zona residenziale tranquilla, con numerose ville abitate ma con quiete assoluta che permette di ascoltare il rumore del mare vicinissimo. Agenzia locale con personale molto efficiente e cortese e con notevole elasticità sugli orari di arrivo e partenza che ho molto apprezzato..

Villa ideale per le vacanze
Ci rivolgiamo a questa agenzia ormai da anni, veniamo sempre in Puglia per andare a trovare i nostri parenti a Ostuni. Anche quest'anno ci siamo fidati e non ci hanno deluso: una villa grande e luminosa, pulizia super come sempre e la posizione è ottima per chi vuole visitare la regione. Molto consigliato il ristorante 'La Terrazza' con loro convenzionato.

Ottima soluzione estiva
Ottima scelta per passare le vacanze estive. Posto auto interno alla proprietà, veranda ottima per i pasti all'esterno e molto vicina alle spiagge. Ho molto apprezzato la vicinanza al centro della località ( praticamente, si può uscire a piedi alla sera) ricco di ristorantini sul mare, pub con musica dal vivo e un lungomare affascinante

Tutti in Puglia.. proprio tutti
Trovare delle case vacanze che ammettano animali è sempre più difficile, se il tuo poi è un Labrador di 40 chili molto espansivo, è quasi impossibile. Mi sono affidata a questa agenzia che mi ha stupito suibto per le tante proposte, una meglio dell'altra. La casa che ho scelto ha permesso a tutti noi di stare comodi e a Carols di correre ne giardino. Ci ritorniamo.

Bellissima villa.
Mi sono aggiudicato un last minute l'estate scorsa in questa bella villa. Comoda in quanto a posizione e disposizione di spazi, molto pulita e lontana quanto basta dalla baraonda estiva. Consiglio quest'agenzia: ottima assistenza prima e dopo la prenotazione, ottimo il diario di viaggio che ti consente di visitare le cose più belle anche in una sola settimana.

On holidays with my pets friends
There are very few villas like this one which permitt the presence of animals. This one does, and it's amazing: my 2 Labradors have had a lot of outdoor enclosed space for them. Comfortable, well-equipped and so close to beaches. Suggested!

Comoda e a due passi dal mare
Contentissima della mia scelta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, impeccabile pulizia, spazi ben distribuiti e arredati. Il giardino è l'ideale per i barbecue estivi. Comodissimo l'accesso alla spiaggia, a soli 400 metri. La località offre anche scelta per la sera: ristorantini sul mare, gelaterie artigianali e un bel lungo mare. Da rifare.
