A charming villa with pool immersed in the beauty of the Apulian countryside, in the area of Serranova in Carovigno, only 5 km from the sandy beaches of Torre Guaceto (a protected natural reserve with a lot services for tourists)

Dining and cooking outdoors 
 
The villa is composed by a main house and a cube/annex. Furniture are basic and comfortably. Outside, an amazing cobalt blue swimming pool invites you to dive and relax in the shade of the olive trees. The shaded veranda in front of the main house offers the possibility to dine outdoor and to use the BBQ to enjoy a good meal. 
 
 
An elegant triumph
The main house consists of a living/dining room, 3 double bedrooms (of which 1 with king size bed, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single bed united) and 1 quadruple bedroom for children with 4 single beds. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and the others share another one. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe.

The cube/annex consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom.
 
Location, location, location!
Ideal for nature lovers, Villa is only 5 km from the sandy beaches of Torre Guaceto and Lido Specchiolla. There is a wide range of experiences and activities: rural excursions by bike, trekking, a small train who brings to the beaches and to the reserve, sailing, windsurf, diving and bird watching.
The closest little village is just 1 km away (Serranova) and is also easy to reach some of the most renowned towns of the Brindisi region, such as the medieval towns of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica.
For those who travel by plane, the airport of Brindisi is only 15 minutes by car. 

NB:Bathrooms are not equipped with bidet.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
