"I stayed here two weekends in a row, and both times I was assigned room #4, which is downstairs in the 'staff only' area (which can get really warm, likely due to the laundry). The room technically had a window, but there is no view. While I was still able to get a good night's sleep, this is one of the hardest beds I've ever slept on. Everything else about the room was fine -- it was nice having a mini-fridge since my other Scotland hotels did not. Both times I checked in, I was not told...

Room smelled a little old/strange each time we walked in - likely the radiator - but we got used to it once we settled in. "The staff was responsive and friendly. Overall the stay was nice, the only thing that made me not give them 5/5 is that we booked a triple room, upon arriving to the room only 2 bath towels where found, and even tho we asked for an extra towel through Expedia chat nobody provided it. Bear in mind with this and bring your towels from home but after all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us :) "
