"This house is very nice and it's easy to find. You can hear the Rt 40 traffic when outside but it's not horrible. Loved that we could park in the garage since it did snow/rain the time we were there. The ping pong table is in the garage. There is room in the basement game room so not sure why it's not there so it can be used year round. There are many other games provided which is nice. "Thanks for a wonderful stay! A couple of comments about the house. Love the way the place is decorated. There’s a strong mildew or musty smell when entering the home. Definitely need the fans upstairs so thank you! A couple of safety things - that bottom stair step is a doozy. Should have a warning about that. Two spindles on deck are broken. Only an issue because we had a toddler. Also it’s time to wash the shower curtains. Again, thank you, we had a nice family weekend in town. "

"This is a cute little house that is surprisingly well appointed inside. I just needed an overnight stay while dropping my daughter back at WVU and needed to bring our dog along. The house is super convenient to campus and had a great little yard for the dog. The home was nice and clean and the beds super comfy! I would definitely stay for a longer visit if needed!"

"My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! "

The star gazing window inside was our favorite part even though the night didn’t allow for many stars to be seen.
