"It is an older hotel but the casita was clean, bed and pillow were comfortable and the A/C worked. The hotel staff emailed us with the gate code and when we arrived the staff directed us to our room. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance from us but we did rent an ATV to tour the rest of the town. We are never in our room so it was great for us. "

"We stayed here for two days. Very clean room and hotel. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Nice comfortable bed. The most helpful and friendly staff. Especially David and Victor and Estrid. They respond to WhatsApp messages and calls immediately with helpful answers. David was on the phone with me for over twenty minutes walking me through the process of booking a ferry from Paquera to Puntarenas. We would most definitely stay here without hesitation if we are again in Santa Teresa!"

"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"What an amazing rental! We loved every minute of it. I don't know if our favorite spot was the balcony overlooking the ocean or the infinity pool! Kitchen has everything you need. Town isn't too far away and very fun nightlife! Everything was great about this rental, would highly recommend. I wish we stayed more than two nights, we needed more!"
