"Leave the City behind, indulge in the quite peaceful lodge on the River. Plenty of things to do and see within 1 hour drive in any direction and the small-town charm of the Valley was a nice change of pace. We were able to do all our favorite things we have done in the past from this location with very little time wasted driving. The Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, Big Sur, 17-mile drive and of course our favorite restaurants and some new favorites added to the list. So much more depending on what you like but Hiking, beaches, wineries and quaint farmers markets it's all there to be explored with little effort The host gives you a lot of information so even if you don't know the area you will have plenty of information to review to make your stay more enjoyable."

"Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power next time :). Corola was really amazing and refunded our night which really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Appreciate her and will be back in the future. "
