I liked the quaint space and walakbility to major downtown parts this inn provides. I am not impressed by their breakfast and view outside the room windows. It can be improved

Check in was at 3. got there at 2:50 to see a sign saying they will be back in 20 minutes. waited for 40 and still nothing. Left and came back, had to wait after ringing and knocking for the staff, finally called the number for the person to come out. got a room just to have the keys not work.

The hotel room was nice. It was hot but no AC available. There is a fan and heater available in the room though. The breakfast was a basket with easy to go food. The inn is walking distance to numerous dining and shopping stops. We even walked to the beach which was a 15min walk.

No A/C and Thin Walls
We were surprised that there was no air conditioning in the room. For a $300+ room you would think this was standard. We ended waking up in the middle of the night multiple times since it got too hot in the room. Also, if you are a light sleeper I suggest you get a different place to stay. The walls are very thin, we heard our next door neighbor snoring through the walls, whenever someone opens the drawers and of course steps (we were on the bottom floor). Some of the good things are the location which close to the stores and restaurants, the room is clean and parking was fine. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel facility was meh. It included breakfast, but we didn’t expect it to be a basket with a minute amount of cereal, some milk, an apple and a small danish. On the second morning they added a yogurt. The room was okay - bed small but comfortable. It was renovated to look nice but the bathroom didn’t feel super clean, and the lack of threshold into the room from the bathroom showed it was not particularly well done and there was a very sharp edge on the flooring there. There were small ants in the room that were explained that ‘sometimes kids spill milk’ as we mentioned it as we checked out. The location was great, and we had a sliver of ocean view from the little balcony. The service from the person at reception seemed rather uninterested in general.

Good three-star. Very good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff polite but not warm. Breakfast is offered in a basket that is left at the door at 8:30. Customers can choose to eat in the room or in a small terrace outdoors inside the property. Breakfast includes cereal, cold milk, yogurt, a sweet bar and some fruit. Enough to get one going. Coffee in the room is terrible. Overall a good place to spend the night.
