"We returned to En Macary this year and, like last year, had a fabulous time. Jean-Claude and Francoise were the perfect hosts and the house, garden and pool continue to exceed expectations. While we spent most of the time pottering around the local village and swimming we also enjoyed visiting the jardins des martels, penne castle, Castres and rocks of Sidobre. "This unusual property has been sensitively renovated to preserve a wealth of original features. The light touch gives visitors a chance to glimpse what life might have been like when it was used as a farm house for the chateau. While very close to Cordes, the setting, beside fields and in amongst trees, makes it a very peaceful location. During our stay many bats, stars and a few meteors were seen in the night sky. The pool, with its fence for keeping the deer at bay, was wonderful!"

Je cherchais un pied-à-terre en pleine campagne, à la fois assez proche d'Albi pour y retrouver des amies et de divers autres lieux à visiter (Cordes, Cagnac...) et de randonnées. Le gîte est très beau et le cadre magnifique (ah, les soirées à regarder les étoiles, loin de toute lumière artificielle !). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
