"The Carlton Farmhouse is such an adorable house and we had an absolutely lovely stay. We were in town to get photos done in McMinnville and this house was the perfect spot for us. The house was super clean, had enough space for the four of us to spread out or hang together. Our kids are small so using the double twin bedroom off one of the king rooms was perfect. "A nice place to stay for the 2 of us. I love to support these types of homes instead of hotel staying. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We walked the grounds, cooked our meals, streamed a movie, played some games and slept comfortably. Didn't need to interact with the host. Although she did check in with me through a text to be sure all was ok and how to reach her if I needed to. Fresh baked muffin tops awaited our arrival."

"Beautifully well-maintained property in a nice, safe suburb of Beaverton. Plenty of space for large groups or a family with comfortable beds (I slept like a baby every night), freshly washed smelling linen and very clean overall. "This is a well equipped, nicely located, in a quiet neighborhood house. We stayed in the house for 8 nights. There were a couple of issues that came up that were addressed by the manager. For the most part the house was clean. A couple of dirty dishes were in the cabinet. There were many cigarette butts in the backyard. I had to wash a bed spread that smelled. A plumber had to be called to unstop the bathtub. Propane tanks were left empty but were filled promptly. That being said, great place...
