"Hotel common areas are nice. Breakfast is very limited and feels cheap, but breakfast staff are nice. I'd give it a 4 out of 10. Custmer service is pretty much not existent. I asked for an iron at 8pm and I was told that thet they do not provide such service. I had have an argument which enabled me the priviledge to get them to contact the manager and ask what to do.
