The river was running and beautiful to sit next to, and we used the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace to make everything really cosy.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen completely equipped for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. There was no potable water and this was not disclosed in the listing. owner provided 1 and a bit jugs for the cooler. 3. the swimming area was disgusting. 4. there was no air cirulation, no screens in main rooms on the eindows. 5 the bell at the door was a hazard...3 of us have major head bruises. "Really lovely few days in this fantastic cottage. It’s got everything you need for a getaway. We got lucky with the weather and enjoyed being outside in the day, fishing or in the canoe, and sitting out looking at the stars at night time with a fire going.
