"Beautiful property and cottage, winter wonderland. Very helpful host. Nice hot tub but needed to treat it. Beds were not comfortable, broken. Should state to bring wood. Dirty floors and pet hair. Septic tank needed treatment as well. "

"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. "Great property tucked away on the north shore of Head Lake. Very private. Great for young kids in terms of fishing and the paddle board and kayaks were a hit and kept them busy. Owners take great care to ensure everything is thought of. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks again. "

"We had an extremely enjoyable time playing miniature golf and go carting and swimming one day and fun and educational time visiting Settlers Village in Bobcaygeon, the Ojibway Centre at Curve Lake and hiking and swimming in Basam Lake Park. "this house was nice and spacious and the area was beautiful. Our only complaint was that my group followed the 11:00 pm quiet rule, and still got a noise complaint from a neighbour, even though everyone was inside and asleep by 10:30 pm "
