"This is an apartment hotel and as such there is quite a lot of self-service i.e. getting luggage to the room etc. The accommodation is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped for European guests. (No kettle for the English) also nothing provided in the way of tea, cofee, washing up liquid so bring your own. Breakfast is a very good buffet selection in lovely surroundings. "The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc"

"Nos decididimos por esta opción por precio. El apartamento está en la parte de arriba de la Playa del Tesorillo, a un paseo -cuesta arriba-. Necesitan una reforma porque se ven muy antiguos y algo dejados. Los colchones fueron algo incómodos. No nos fue difícil encontrar aparcamiento en la zona. "We had a great week here, the house has everything you need, set in beautiful gardens and with amazing views. Peter is a lovely host. "This is a lovely large Villa which was perfect for us as we were 3 families holidaying together. Plenty of outdoor space and the shared pool (although we were the only ones in it) was well kept and a good size for swimming and diving. It's a 10 min walk down a steep hill to the town. Very manageable, but if you struggle then there are plenty of taxis around for a lift back up (7 Euros). Lovely area - very spanish which was great. Almunicar is a 20 min walk along the beach front.
