"What a cool place this is, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood of Victorians and other older houses, with kids playing outside and kitties on front porches. We recently added a new patio in the back yard. Perfect evening entertainment.

"We had an amazing time at Gayle's place in Lawrence. It was a quick walk to Allen Fieldhouse for the KU / UNC basketball game which made the house very convenient for our primary event of the weekend. The house was also a great place to unwind and relax before and after the game. Overall an amazing experience!"

"We enjoyed a beautiful few days at the cabin. It was a very good experience. This was my first time booking any home rental personally and it could not have been any smoother. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The property was nice and in a quite area. My kids were in heaven with it being a safe place for me to feel comfortable for them to play out side. "The house was "as advertised". We had all the comforts of home and a short drive to activities."

"We came to Lawrence for a wedding and this place worked perfect for us. We were supposed to have 3 couples staying but one couple ended up sick and couldn't make it. Splitting the price amongst 3 couples would have been much cheaper than staying in a hotel and was much more comfortable! Very cute place. We would stay again. The checkin and out was very easy and the host was also easy to work with. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood and as advertised. "

"Just one night to visit our son for fraternity dad's weekend. Super cozy, I enjoyed watching movies and making soup for the fraternity holiday decorating. AND...the option for early check in and late checkout was AMAZING, something I wish more places would do. Easy to get around. On a bit of a busy street, but I had no problem getting in and out of the drive at different times of day. "
