"Wonderful hotel and staff overall. Only negatives were no late room service due to having no stock on both nights understandable with it being 1st & 2nd January but slightly disappointing but got an UberEats so all good. Secondly despite late check out and confirming this with staff and putting do bot disturb sign on door housekeeping still came into room 2 hours before checkout time while we were in. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Bar staff were lovely as were reception...

"The Malmaison was a lovely little get away for a night as a couple, nothing bad to say really other than sad no upgrade options were available when we checked in and the light in the room was broken so was quite dark. Plus side cheeky little Ferrero Rocher left for us and robes which was a nice touch "

"Had a fabulous overnight stay with our granddaughter in a family room. We had a lovely room overlooking the front and over to Dunblane. Everything was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool. Staff were excellent and friendly everywhere we were, a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was a huge selection of food served in lovely surroundings. Stayed with friends before and will definitely be back."

"A great place to stay. Check in was delightful, room was warm and cozy, hot shower and comfy bed. We ate dinner in the main restaurant, the food was outstanding. Great flavours and presentation. Whisky, scrabble and a roaring fire in the bar afterwards. Breakfast was good and a quick visit to the hens before departing."

"It is a beautiful property, with friendly, chatty and interested staff. When we stayed there was lovely Christmas family experiences, lots of family groups, disco and games in the evening, Santa visited all very exciting. In the midst of this were several adult guests who seemed to be forgotten. Although there was an adults only bar.,....right beside the children's party. I adore children but had hoped to have a relaxing and calm pre Christmas break which didn't happen. It would have been...
