"The property manager was welcoming and helpful. Beautiful well-maintained pool and a nice covered outdoor area, with glorious views over the valley. Good location for sight-seeing. House was clean, and air conditioning was good except in the kitchen, which we found hot and cramped in the summer. "Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"
