The views put the three bedrooms we used all had balconies and views of Bracciano Lake as well as the pool. Each bedroom had an air conditioner if you chose to use it independently of each bedroom. "Property was large enough but the pool which we booked specifically for grandkids was really dirty and unusable until 3rd/4th day and was only there for a week. There was a dog and cat there left there, and anothet xat climbed in through window and hid under kids bed until night time that yhen jumped out and scared them. Not much privacy as someone was always coming to the property for some reason or other."

"It was perfect for a family of nine and Martina and our hosts were amazing! This is a place you’ll never want to leave. One day there was a big wind storm and the pool was littered with leaves. Early the next morning a crew cleaned it up like nothing ever happened. They also arranged to have a wonderful dinner cooked for us that we will never forget. This is a perfect place to stage a large group going to Roma and Firenze."

It was very peaceful and relaxing and there were lots of interesting places in the area to visit. "Outstanding room which was well appointed. Friendly staff the restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was a bonus! Near everything! The UNESCO sites the beaches are a few minutes away. Thought this would be a quick sleep and go but was surprised by how great the hotel and area was! "
