"Hotel Residence Aurora is a fantastic place to stay if either visiting Milan, Monza or the surrounding areas. We booked it to see family in Palazzolo and the hotel is fantastic; the apartment we booked is huge (plenty of space for us and our baby). Very clean, very modern design and feel whilst retaining a lot of Italian character. Reception welcome was very friendly and communication before our visit was perfect. "I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning. "

"Ideal for an overnight stop while travelling. Easy parking and close to motorway. Spacious apartment for 5 people. Restaurants nearby including McDonalds. The only problem was that we were told about the 25 Euro cleaning charge AFTER we booked the room. (However, we are not sure whether we ended up paying it or not). "
