"The elevator was not working properly for part of our stay, it made it difficult loading our belongings for departure. Fortunately we could manage the stairs but we are not sure if we would have booked knowing the elevator did not work properly. A party who appeared to be an owner or long term resident told us the elevator has been a long ongoing problem."

"My mom and I came down to Cape San Blas to release the ashes of my recently deceased step-father. He loved the beach, especially the Gulf/Old Florida area. As he wished, he is now floating in the ocean with Jesus. Jezus."

"The property is right on the beach in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, spacious, and the rental agency was responsive and extremely accommodating. The area was very peaceful and family friendly (dog friendly too!). I felt very safe walking my puppy during the day and evening hours. We had fun riding our beach cruisers to some of the local small businesses. It's a great vacation or weekend getaway spot, and we will definitely be back soon!"

"This condo has minimal supplies for kitchen. Bathrooms had 1/2 roll toilet paper - not even 1 extra roll. Floors had clearly not been mopped. Toilet had black at rim. Porch held water puddles constantly - rust from porch table was everywhere - sliding door was hard to open close from so much dirt and debris. We made the best of it. Would choose different condo next time."

"Both baths had extensive mold around shower and tub. Master bath had broken shower door. Master bath had clogged shower head. Living room carpet had corner turned up, trip hazard. Living room light had only 1 bulb working. 2 of 3 pendent light had no bulbs in them. When we opened the refrigerator both the freezer and fridge gaskets fell loose. One of the under-cabinet lights had no bulbs or lens. Electrical junction box in cabinet, above refrigerator, had no face plate. Maintenance man came by...

"I can not say enough good things about this property...from location, to cleanliness, to how well appointed the villa is. Our favorite things about Turtle Crawl were the balconies & views!, the short walk to the beach, the provided items in the beach closet (especially the chairs and beach cart), the outdoor shower with hot water (for super easy pet cleaning after a day romping in the sand), and the credit that came with the reservation to rent bikes. The villa is not lacking in anything at...
