Spring Break
Overall the house was very nice and clean. The house sits on the canal as shown but does a have essentially a highway running behind which has a lot of road noise when using the pool and outside space but is not audible inside with the windows closed. Overall the house has been updated and looks very nice but there were light switches that did not turn things on and some updates not done very well. The outside space is the highlight of the property. The pool is nice (not heated) and the patio has a ton of seating space. The inside space is sparsely furnished especially the living room so it had no use to us. The bedrooms were comfortable but the master shower did not work and though the property manager tried to fix did not work for our visit. The house sits on a fairly busy road as well. Overall we enjoyed our visit minus the shower issues. If you looking to stay in Cape Coral it is in a good location for the area.

Very disappointing
Upon entering the property, there was a strong urine odor throughout the home. We moved a couple of the throw rugs into one of the bedrooms, which helped somewhat. The pictures on the website did not offer an accurate depiction on the condition of the home. The outdoor furniture was old, dirty and some of the chairs had mold on them. There is an expressway behind the home, traffic noise was very loud and could be heard in the home as well-occasionally waking us at night. We definitely would not have rented the home if full disclosure had been given on the website. The property manager was quick to respond but unable to address the issues due to requiring the rental management to make decisions. We were offered a refund for one third of what we paid, but that was definitely not enough to come close to covering another rental.
